Associate Director - Data & AI
Job Description
Lead enterprise-wide digital and AI-driven transformation initiatives. Responsible for shaping strategy, execution, and governance to modernize legacy systems and enhance experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy and roadmap for digital transformation
- Own and drive Real Estate's AI strategy
- Establish AI governance frameworks
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities (RPA)
- Partner with executive leadership as a trusted advisor
- Lead change management and adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, or AI
- At least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven experience leading large-scale AI initiatives
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and automation technologies
