FCSearch is recruiting for an HR Director for a large diversified group in Abu Dhabi. This new role involves overseeing strategic and operational HR initiatives across key business units.
Responsibilities
- Develop corporate plans for compensation, benefits, and health and safety
- Devise strategies for performance evaluation and talent acquisition
- Oversee all HR initiatives and systems
- Supervise HR personnel and provide mentoring
- Serve as primary point of contact for employment relations
- Anticipate and resolve potential litigation risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration
- Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar leadership role
