Job Description

We’re looking for a Head of People & Performance to own performance, incentives, and people risk across the business. This is a leadership function focused on building a high-performing, accountable team while ensuring people's decisions are fair, compliant, and aligned with the long-term interests of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own the company’s performance management framework
  • Establish clear review cycles, expectations, and success metrics
  • Support leaders with underperformance and improvement plans
  • Coach leaders through difficult feedback, performance issues, and exits
  • Design short-term and long-term incentive structures
  • Oversee employment risk, compliance, and people-related documentation
  • Advise leadership on role clarity, team structure, and growth planning

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years experience in senior HR / People leadership roles
  • Strong background in performance management and employee relations
  • Comfortable handling high-stakes, sensitive conversations
  • Commercially minded and risk-aware
  • Able to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
