Sales & Account Manager Oil & Gas (DWM & DF)
Job Description
Our Client is a well-established Oil & Gas business with a growing presence across the UAE. They are on the lookout for a commercially astute Sales & Account Manager to nurture key client relationships, drive new business, and lead product launches within the DWM and DF space across the UAE market.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Country Manager; execute sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and performance objectives
- Identify high-potential opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector
- Drive growth across the Drilling Waste Management (DWM) and/or Drilling Fluids (DF) portfolio
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closure
- Build and sustain strong client relationships
- Propose and deliver tailored DWM and DF technical and operational solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams for project execution
- Monitor sales targets and provide accurate forecasts
- Comply with Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) policies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technical sales within UAE Oil & Gas Drilling Waste Management (DWM) and/or Drilling Fluids (DF) experience is mandatory
- Proven UAE account management track record with operators, drilling contractors, and service companies
- Degree or Diploma in engineering, petroleum science, or related field
- Must be UAE-based with valid residency and right to work
