Job Description

Our Client is a well-established Oil & Gas business with a growing presence across the UAE. They are on the lookout for a commercially astute Sales & Account Manager to nurture key client relationships, drive new business, and lead product launches within the DWM and DF space across the UAE market.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Country Manager; execute sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and performance objectives
  • Identify high-potential opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector
  • Drive growth across the Drilling Waste Management (DWM) and/or Drilling Fluids (DF) portfolio
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closure
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships
  • Propose and deliver tailored DWM and DF technical and operational solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams for project execution
  • Monitor sales targets and provide accurate forecasts
  • Comply with Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) policies

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in technical sales within UAE Oil & Gas Drilling Waste Management (DWM) and/or Drilling Fluids (DF) experience is mandatory
  • Proven UAE account management track record with operators, drilling contractors, and service companies
  • Degree or Diploma in engineering, petroleum science, or related field
  • Must be UAE-based with valid residency and right to work
