Invoicing Clerk
Job Description
The Invoicing Clerk is responsible for managing and processing invoices for goods and services provided by the company. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of invoicing, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments to resolve any discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing: Generate and process invoices for products and services provided
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all invoices
- Reconciliation: Reconcile invoices with purchase orders, delivery receipts, and other supporting documents
- Customer Communication: Address and resolve any invoicing issues or discrepancies with customers
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on invoicing status
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent in accounting or administration; additional training in accounting or finance is a plus
- Previous experience in invoicing or accounts receivable roles is required
- English is a must
