Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing recruitment processes within a diversified group of companies and a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience. Key responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities, maintaining the candidate database, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. This is a temporary role requiring immediate availability.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records
- Liaise with hiring managers across multiple divisions to understand hiring requirements
- Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Assist in recruitment reporting and analytics
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of UAE recruitment experience
- Previous experience working in a diversified group or group of companies is mandatory
- Immediate availability (no notice period)
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment management systems
