Engineering Supervisor - Kitchen - Laundry
Job Description
Participate in the preventive maintenance program of all-building equipment and rooms. Supervise, train, and inspect the performance of engineering associates ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards. Work closely with Duty Engineer in scheduling work and setting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and standards
- Ensure use of PPE
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Maintain guestrooms in accordance with PRP procedures
- Conduct weekly inventory of equipment
- Address engineering department requests efficiently
- Monitor guest complaints and handle satisfaction
- Conduct training for associates
- Respond to emergencies like power outages or HVAC issues
