Job Description
The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and assigned public areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented to Crowne Plaza and IHG brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies
- Make beds and replace linens and towels
- Replenish minibar and in-room amenities
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors and service areas
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant preferred
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures
- Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail
- Physically fit to perform cleaning duties
- Basic English communication skills
