Job Description

The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and assigned public areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented to Crowne Plaza and IHG brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies
  • Make beds and replace linens and towels
  • Replenish minibar and in-room amenities
  • Report maintenance issues promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness of corridors and service areas

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Room Attendant preferred
  • Basic understanding of cleaning procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail
  • Physically fit to perform cleaning duties
  • Basic English communication skills
