Housekeeping Floor Supervisor
Job Description
As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will support the Housekeeping Department by ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Specifically, you will perform tasks to the highest standards at Hilton Kuwait Resort.
Responsibilities
- Allocate work duties to Team Members
- Perform routine inspections of checkout rooms and spot checks of occupied rooms
- Report and follow up on any maintenance defects
- Inspect service areas, store rooms, and corridors
- Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and other projects
- Manage and train Room Attendants
- Manage stock control and maintenance of equipment
- Provide excellent Guest service
- Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role
- A successful track record of managing a team
- Proficiency preferred with Microsoft Office
