Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations
- Assist with internal communication efforts across multiple countries
- Help develop training plans and materials for employee growth
- Provide support to employees on daily queries related to attendance and engagement
- Assist HR teams with day-to-day operational routines
- Participate in process reviews for simplification and automation
- Compile personnel statistics and reports to inform decision-making
Qualifications
- Currently in penultimate or final year of a university degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, or a related field
- Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months
- UAE National with Family Book
