Job Description
Customer Service Officer role at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB). Focus on selling and cross-selling asset and liability products, processing customer requests, and educating customers on automated channels.
Responsibilities
- Actively sell/cross-sell asset and liability products
- Prepare and recommend loan product applications
- Receive and process customer requests (account opening, etc.)
- Generate leads for Elite and Elite Gold programs
- Onboard customers to Online/Mobile application
Qualifications
- High School graduated
- 2 years’ relevant experience in banking sector
- Familiarity with bank products, customer experience and related policies
