Job Description
Maintain effective communication on all reservations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Process and confirm guest room reservations
- Input all reservations into the computer system
- Attend to inquiries and requests regarding reservations
- Maintain up to date knowledge of hotel promotions
- Maintain established filing system for correspondence
- Organize visa requests for hotel guests
- Up-sell whenever an opportunity is identified
Qualifications
- Diploma / degree within the hospitality field
- Previous experience in hotel reservations
- Written and oral proficiency in English
