Job Description
Join Dash0 to define the future of observability. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own the technical infrastructure of our marketing engine. You will architect the lead lifecycle, automate complex enrichment pipelines, and ensure data high-fidelity in HubSpot. You will work with APIs and webhooks to integrate tools across the stack.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage lead scoring models based on buyer intent signals
- Own the HubSpot technical setup, including custom objects and advanced workflows
- Build and optimize automated enrichment pipelines
- Implement and maintain tracking that connects marketing activity to pipeline
- Work with APIs and webhooks to integrate tools across the stack
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON
- Experience managing deduplication, standardization, and GDPR compliance
