Job Description
Seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and support our real estate sales team in Doha. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, guiding agents, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the real estate sales team
- Monitor daily sales activities and performance
- Assist agents in closing deals and handling clients
- Ensure sales targets and company goals are met
- Coordinate with management on sales strategies and reports
- Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in real estate sales
- Previous experience as a Sales Supervisor or Team Leader is preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of the Qatar real estate market
- Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage)
