Job Description
Provide administrative and project support to the HR department including payroll, recruitment, and colleague community activities.
Responsibilities
- Support HR projects and processes
- Personnel data management and payroll administration
- Updating internal databases
- Assist in recruitment cycle and onboarding
- Support well-being and inclusion projects
Qualifications
- Current student in Graduate/Post-Graduate program
- Available at least 3 days per week
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in MS Office
