Job Description

We are recruiting an Administrative Manager to ensure the good administrative, legal, and institutional management of our establishment's activities.

Responsibilities

  • Organize councils, committees, and governance bodies
  • Ensure follow-up of decisions and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Supervise budget consolidation and internal control procedures
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and grant files
  • Contribute to relations with institutional partners and overall activity reporting

Qualifications

  • Higher education (Master's degree) in law, management, or finance
  • Proven experience of 7 to 10 years in a similar role
  • Proficiency in French, Arabic, and English
  • Strong skills in administrative, legal, and budget management
