Administrative Assistant - Company Formation /Business Setup/ UAE Visa
Job Description
My Business Consulting DMCC is a corporate services firm specialized in designing and developing bespoke solutions for Business Setup, Immigration Support, Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance, Tax Compliance and Second Citizenship programs. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with proven records of UAE and International experience in corporate services.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with the Corporate Service Manager (CSM) or Corporate Service Executive (CSE)
- Process company formation (mainland, free zone, offshore companies)
- Process company renewals as required by UAE authorities
- Process renewals of any document related to individual or corporate clients
- Process licensing/renewal of offshore companies
- Process UAE Visa (Residence, Investor, Employee, Dependent, Property visa, etc.)
- Process all tasks related to clients acquiring Second Citizenship
- Process and coordinate tasks including UAE identity cards, Insurance, and Vaccination cards
- Process personal and corporate bank accounts opening and closure
- Process any kind of amendments (Transfer of Shares, Change of Manager, etc.)
- Process Liquidation/De-registration/Re-instating of companies
- Process attestation of documents and Legalization of Corporate Documents
- Coordinate with PROs for all tasks
Qualifications
- Min. 1-3 years’ work experience in Corporate Services industry
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Russian (Required)
