Site Manager (E-Commerce Operations)
Job Description
Direct workforce in fulfillment of orders for global key accounts including inbound inventory, pick/pack operations, and outbound shipments.
Responsibilities
- Lead fulfillment operations and quality assurance
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments
- Ensuring facility compliance with laws and safety regulations
- Preparing performance and logistics business follow-up reports
- Planning human resources and equipment needs
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in people management
- Knowledge of warehousing, distribution, B2C, B2B, WMS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent English skills
