Clin Ops Mngr (Regulatory and SSU Management) - Riyadh based
Job Description
Syneos Health is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager based in Riyadh. This role focuses on regulatory and site start-up management. You will perform site qualifications, initiations, interim monitoring, and close-out visits while ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulations. You will also manage investigator site files and act as a primary liaison with project site personnel.
Responsibilities
- Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits.
- Ensures regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or Good Pharmacoepidemiological Practices (GPP) and protocol compliance.
- Evaluates overall performance of site and site staff.
- Verifies the process of obtaining informed consent has been adequately performed.
- Assesses factors that might affect subject/patient’s safety and clinical data integrity.
- Conducts Source Document Review and verifies clinical data in CRFs.
- Performs investigational product (IP) inventory, reconciliation and reviews storage.
- Reviews Investigator Site File (ISF) for accuracy and completeness.
- Documents activities via confirmation letters, follow-up letters, and trip reports.
- Supports subject/patient recruitment, retention and awareness strategies.
- Prepares for and attends Investigator Meetings.
- Provides guidance towards audit readiness standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
