Identity Access Management Senior Officer
Job Description
The Identity Access Management Senior Officer provides service in user management activities, maintaining effective client relations while working as an admin security expert. The role ensures that all requisitions are processed within SLA and as per policy, cooperating with control owners to maintain current knowledge of new applications.
Responsibilities
- Check, review and action all requisitions from internal users and clients
- Work out all user administration functions and streamline processes
- Supervise and ensure all empower requests are processed before cut-off time
- Ensure that all reports are generated and submitted on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Provide 24/7 on-call user support for specific critical units
- Monitor key controls and data privacy during access requests
- Proactively participate in providing new ideas for fraud practices
- Support system on-boarding onto the production environment
- Maintain updated procedures and Logical Security unit documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a recognized university
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in User Access Management in Banking / Finance / Payment Processing Domains
