International Expansion Associate/ Lead
Job Description
You will be part of the International Expansion team at Noon Academy responsible for designing, validating, and scaling our international curriculum schools. This is a full-stack role spanning discovery, strategy, execution, and commercial ownership.
Responsibilities
- Research markets, users, and competitors to surface opportunities
- Help design and refine our core offering across geographies
- Own PMF validation through pilots, data, and real-world feedback
- Drive cross-functional execution with clear plans and milestones
- Build and execute GTM strategies across acquisition channels and partnerships
- Own commercial performance: pricing, margins, and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- 4+ years of experience with increasing responsibility
