Barista - six-month contract
Job Description
As Barista you will be responsible for following the production sequence of all beverage products and bar sequence of service. Responsible for the set-up and operation of a bar station/section. Provide services for guests such as order taking, promoting restaurant food and beverage offerings. Provide recommendations and prepare wine and creative cocktails.
Responsibilities
- Follow production sequence of beverage products
- Responsible for set-up and operation of bar station
- Provide order taking and promote F&B offerings
- Prepare recommendations and create cocktails for guests
- Coordinate food and beverage service efficiently
- Perform opening/closing checklist duties
- Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly inventory
- Manage cash float and cashiering tasks
- Maintain and order store requisitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment
- A minimum of 1 year of Barista experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Effective verbal communication skills in English
