Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller (HR & Admin Support) – Z Plus Limousine. Responsibilities include handling all telecalling activities, making outbound calls for leads, customer inquiries, and bookings. Coordinate and schedule HR interview calls and candidate follow-ups. Support admin activities such as data entry and call logs. Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.

- Follow up with potential clients, corporate contacts, and inquiries received through various channels
- Coordinate and schedule HR interview calls, candidate follow-ups, and confirmations
- Assist HR with recruitment coordination and basic documentation follow-ups
- Support admin activities such as data entry, call logs, record maintenance, and daily reports
- Communicate professionally with clients, candidates, vendors, and internal teams
- Coordinate with management and operations team for daily tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all company-related information
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication across departments
