Job Description: The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is integral in supporting the Regional Vice President with division strategy and achieving divisional goals. Key Job Responsibilities: People - Collaborate with HR on workforce planning and recruitment. Assist in developing division strategies. Safety - Reinforce company safety programs and ensure a safe working environment. Customer Service - Lead and manage Regional Client Performance Manager. Partner with regional leaders to assist with the service excellence culture. Growth - Lead and manage Continuous Improvement Manager. Oversee daily operations and compliance. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred. 7+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on multi-site leadership. Required Skills: Proven track record of driving operational performance. Strong financial acumen. Benefits: Annual PTO, Paid Parental Leave, 401(k), Insurance, Continuing Education. Compensation: $117,000 - $160,000.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on multi-site leadership
- Proven track record of driving operational performance and achieving strategic objectives
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
