Job Description
Our Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager (F&B/Hospitality) to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Oversee performance appraisal systems
- Address employee relations issues and grievances
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labour law
- Maintain employee benefits and compensation structures
- Identify training needs and implement development programmes
- Report to senior management on key HR metrics
- Manage HR administrative tasks including payroll and records
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager within the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry
- Thorough understanding of Saudi Arabian labour law
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage
