Transport Planner | Tanger (Morocco)
Job Description
We are looking for a transport planner to plan, track, and supervise national and international transport operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan journeys on different information systems
- Prepare and check customs and transport documents
- Manage relationships with all stakeholders
- Ensure operations comply with international regulations
- Track payments and invoices related to transactions
- Resolve logistics problems and customer complaints
- Train and empower the driver team
- Analyze performance and propose areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) and above in logistics or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
