Sales Executive
Job Description
Act as a frontline sales executive and contribute to revenue share through retail and direct sales. Address customer service requests ensuring high level of customer satisfaction. Main responsibility: Promote and cross sell existing products and services through retail shops, telemarketing, and roadshows. Conduct market study to identify venues for hosting events. Conduct roadshows and events. Process customer service requests in a timely manner. Track and clear suspended service requests. Conduct background checks for provisioning services. Carry out daily cash and revenue collection. Prepare daily financial transactions. Conduct daily stocktakes. Liaise with internal departments for queries.
Responsibilities
- Promote and cross sell existing range of products and services
- Conduct market study to identify venues for hosting Events and Roadshows
- Process customer service requests accurately and timely
- Conduct background checks (credit check, black list) for provisioning
- Collect and validate consumer documents for service requests
- Carry out daily cash and revenue collection and prepare financial transactions
- Conduct and report daily stocktakes
- Liaise with internal departments to address customers’ queries
- Take ownership for completing PMS process and trainings
Qualifications
- 0-3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/sales
- Fluency in oral and written Arabic and English
