Job Description
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Meat and Produce Managers to oversee daily operations. Responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the meat and produce departments while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of meat and produce departments
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and purchasing
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional displays
- Supervise team members and conduct training
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and health regulations
- Coordinate merchandising efforts
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail grocery or similar environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in retail math, POS systems, and merchandising
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, purchasing, and stock rotation
