Job Description

Qureos is using AI and automation to help companies hire in days, not months. We're looking for a Head of Sales who can build a revenue engine, not just hit a number. You'll own new business, expansion, renewals, and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end revenue across new business, expansion, and renewals
  • Design and execute a hybrid sales motion with an outbound engine
  • Lead and scale SDRs, Sales Managers, and Customer Success teams
  • Own MENA sales strategy with secondary global oversight
  • Partner with Marketing, Growth, and Product to tighten conversion
  • Build structured, repeatable sales processes across SDR, AE, and CS
  • Ensure smooth handoff from sales to CS

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in B2B sales, ideally in HR tech, talent platforms, SaaS, or marketplaces
  • Proven experience scaling sales teams in MENA
