Management Accountant
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to oversee our financial operations, develop robust financial models, and manage investor relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and venture capital processes. This role is crucial in supporting our growth and ensuring our financial health.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze budgets, financial models, create projections, monitor transactions
- Control company expenditures and transactional records for budgeting and reporting
- Conduct budget vs. actual reporting and monitor financial performance
- Prepare investor presentations and supporting financial reports
- Lead the venture capital search process and develop investor search strategies
- Manage VC investment search process through our CRM system
- Collaborate with management team to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field, preferably with a master's degree in Finance
- 3+ years of experience in financial budgeting, planning, and control processes
- Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in using online software tools like Microsoft Office, Hubspot CRM, MS Teams, Clockify, etc.
- Experienced Excel user with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with angel investor networks and venture capital firms is preferred
- Attention to detail and time management skills
