Customer Success Manager, Circle Plus
Job Description
Working on behalf of a partner company, Jobgether is looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to drive success for premium-tier customers. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships, guiding onboarding and adoption, and helping clients maximize platform value. You will manage a portfolio of strategic clients and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for premium customers
- Manage onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement
- Conduct strategy sessions to guide customers in achieving goals
- Analyze usage data to identify risks and opportunities
- Support customers through renewal and expansion cycles
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, community management, or working with creators
- Proficient in English (CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5)
- Experience driving adoption, retention, and growth through account management
