HR Administrator
Job Description
The HR Administrator will provide essential administrative and operational support to the HR department, ensuring smooth HR processes across employee documentation, onboarding, HR systems, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HRMS data
- Prepare HR letters such as salary certificates and NOCs
- Post job ads and screen CVs
- Process exit formalities
- Coordinate with the PRO team for visa processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-4 years of HR or administrative experience (UAE experience preferred)
