Job Purpose: To manage and grow key customer accounts by building strong relationships, driving sales, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The role is responsible for meeting sales targets, ensuring timely stock availability, supporting marketing activities, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction while ensuring timely collections and efficient business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the implementation of procedures and controls
  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to ensure strong customer satisfaction and long-term business growth by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present product lines to customers and secure orders through effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and persuasive negotiation to increase sales and market share.
  • Identify and develop new potential customers by researching market opportunities, initiating contact, and building strong relationships to expand the customer base across the region.
  • Achieve sales targets (customer-wise, brand-wise, and SKU-wise) by planning and executing strategic sales activities, tracking performance, and adjusting plans to meet revenue goals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts to ensure optimal stock availability by analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer demand to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.
  • Update customers with product information and stock status on a weekly basis to maintain transparency, strengthen trust, and support smooth order planning and delivery.
  • Support customers with marketing activities and promotional programs by coordinating campaigns, providing marketing materials, and ensuring proper execution to drive product visibility and sales.
  • Manage timely collections from customers on credit by monitoring outstanding invoices, coordinating with customers, and following up regularly to maintain healthy cash flow and reduce receivables risk.
  • Make analytical, data-driven decisions by analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize pricing, promotions, and sales strategies.
  • Demonstrate a proactive commercial approach and challenge mindset by constantly seeking new opportunities, improving strategies, and staying ahead of competitors.
  • Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in business administration (BBA) or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 Years of experience in the same field
  • Knowledge of Excel and Power Point
