Executive Assistant, C-Suite
Job Description
This role provides high-level executive support to senior leaders, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring seamless operations across the organization. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate cross-functional meetings and offsites, and act as a trusted liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-suite executives including calendar management and email correspondence
- Plan and execute leadership meetings, planning sessions, offsites, and cross-functional forums
- Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Handle sensitive and confidential information regarding personnel and strategy
- Support organizational efficiency by anticipating needs and streamlining processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders or C-suite executives
- Proven ability to manage multiple executives and competing priorities with confidence
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, with excellent follow-through
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating with senior leaders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace
- Preferred: experience supporting People, Marketing, or Communications leaders
- Preferred: familiarity with fintech, financial services, or high-growth technology companies
