Job Description
Responsible for planning, controlling, and governing all warehouse and inventory operations supporting Facilities Management services. The role ensures materials, spare parts, and tools are available, traceable, and controlled in a mission-critical environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and issuance
- Ensure accurate inventory records and traceability
- Implement inventory control practices to prevent shortages
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams for material availability
- Ensure proper use of CMMS / inventory systems (e.g. Maximo)
- Enforce warehouse procedures, safety rules, and storage standards
- Prepare periodic reports on stock levels and trends
- Identify improvement opportunities in inventory management and logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
- 15–20 years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations within FM, industrial, or infrastructure projects
