This role is pivotal in guiding families from initial enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring each interaction reflects our ethos of excellence, care, and responsiveness. The Central Sales Executive consistently strives to meet and exceed targets, thereby maximising overall conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage sales pipelines for multiple schools
- Ensure all enquiries, applications, and leads are accurately tracked in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective parents
- Conduct detailed follow-up calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales KPIs
- Proactively identify at-risk leads and develop strategies to re-engage
- Support targeted campaigns like open days and virtual tours
- Maintain high-quality records in the CRM
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in a sales role within the education sector
- Strong proficiency in Arabic and English
