Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Engineer to join our team in Lebanon. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Cost Database of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- 15 years of experience in construction involving pricing of projects
- Must be abreast of current market rates
- In depth knowledge in BQ breakdown structures and CSI MasterFormat
- Knowledge in Elemental Analysis according to NRM1
- Proficient in MS Excel; Power BI is a plus
