Job Description
Manages the daily functions of the department to ensure protection of property assets, employees, and guests. Maintains required logs and certifications. Trains staff in emergency procedures and implements accident/fire prevention. Focuses on guest and employee satisfaction while achieving operating budgets. Conducts hazard assessments, implements shut down procedures, and manages the first aid program. Develops liaisons with local law enforcement.
Responsibilities
- Administer fire prevention and emergency preparedness programs
- Conduct hazard and risk assessments and audits
- Develop property shut down procedures
- Manage loss prevention operations and patrol process
- Oversee claims process and General Liability cases
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years security experience OR 2-year Criminal Justice degree with 2 years experience
