Job Description
This role within the Eastern Region Fuels Department supports the optimization of downstream JVs through financial oversight and operational excellence. Responsibilities include analyzing board resolutions, monitoring compliance with governance requirements, leading financial modeling, and identifying value capture opportunities. You will also facilitate transaction execution, negotiate shareholder agreements, and sustain relationships with JV partners.
Responsibilities
- Analyze affiliate governance and advise stakeholder management
- Lead modeling for transactions
- Identify best practices across portfolio to optimize business
- Draft commercial terms for feeder and services agreements
- Support negotiations with partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance
- Master’s degree in Business/Finance/Management
- 10 years of experience in Downstream Oil & Gas
- 5 years in commercial strategy or JV management
