Human Resources Manager
Job Description
As the HR Team Lead / HR Manager, you will own the full HR agenda for your business unit covering talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. You'll lead and empower a team of HR professionals to create exceptional employee experiences, optimize processes, and align people strategies with the company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the annual workforce plan
- Partner with department heads to assess staffing needs
- Ensure accurate job descriptions and organizational structures in Bamboo
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments
- Oversee recruitment team support for warehouse and trade operations
- Strategize recruitment initiatives and manage employer branding
- Implement onboarding and offboarding experiences
- Supervise HR operations and coordinate with Finance for payroll and registrations
- Manage employee insurance and benefits administration
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations and disciplinary cases
- Implement and monitor the performance management framework
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 5 HR professionals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
