Job Description

As the HR Team Lead / HR Manager, you will own the full HR agenda for your business unit covering talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. You'll lead and empower a team of HR professionals to create exceptional employee experiences, optimize processes, and align people strategies with the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the annual workforce plan
  • Partner with department heads to assess staffing needs
  • Ensure accurate job descriptions and organizational structures in Bamboo
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments
  • Oversee recruitment team support for warehouse and trade operations
  • Strategize recruitment initiatives and manage employer branding
  • Implement onboarding and offboarding experiences
  • Supervise HR operations and coordinate with Finance for payroll and registrations
  • Manage employee insurance and benefits administration
  • Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations and disciplinary cases
  • Implement and monitor the performance management framework
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of 5 HR professionals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
