Sales Advisor - Lead Qualification | Casablanca (Morocco)
Job Description
Your mission is simple and measurable: process qualified incoming leads (social media, forms, WhatsApp, CRM) and convert them into closing appointments for the sales team. No cold prospecting. You qualify, you talk, you convince, you book.
Responsibilities
- Contact leads quickly (messages / calls according to process)
- Qualify the need, budget, and motivation
- Handle simple objections
- Schedule qualified appointments in the closers' calendars
- Update the CRM (statuses, notes, follow-ups)
Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking and writing French mandatory
- Stable internet connection + quiet environment
