Job Description
The Manager, Core People Operations will be responsible for leading and managing onboarding, offboarding, and people operations compliance across 8 countries in the MENA region.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
- Oversee all visa, work permit, and residency processes
- Manage pension, social security, and statutory benefit registrations
- Ensure HR operational practices comply with local labor laws
- Lead, coach, and develop the core people operations team
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations
- Experience supporting multiple countries, preferably within the MENA region
- Solid understanding of labor laws, immigration processes, and statutory benefits
