Job Description

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for developing guidelines for the development of sales targets and for internal and external assessments, selecting external market research agencies, developing overall sales meetings plan, and finally developing and implementing customer care, loyalty and retention programs. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures and instructions. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, cost reduction and productivity improvement. * Develop guidelines for the development of sales targets ensuring alignment with strategic direction. * Establish business development plan and methodologies to achieve new business opportunities and reach set sales targets. * Present sales proposals to clients and negotiate to reach agreements in line with strategic objectives. * Implement business development plan and assess related challenges to develop recommendations. * Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth. * Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies. * Reviewing the market research and establishing papers and research including benchmarks and best practices. * Creating proposals and presentation material and providing weekly reports. * Originate, source, and screen market trends, and opportunities that support the organizational needs. * Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities. * Developing client relationships and strengthening partnerships. * To develop the processes and procedures of the business development. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field. * +1 year of sales or account management experience. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. * Strong analytical and reporting skills.
