HEAD CHEF
Job Description
The Head Chef will oversee all pastry and chocolate operations, guide product innovation, and uphold the highest standards of luxury craftsmanship. This role requires exceptional leadership, creativity, and technical expertise to shape the culinary identity of Rich Chocolatier.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage pastry and chocolate production across all outlets
- Develop and execute world-class desserts and signature chocolate creations
- Maintain consistency in quality, flavor, and presentation
- Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing pastry team
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and cost-efficiency standards
- Collaborate with executive leadership on menu development and product launches
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury pastry/chocolate environments
- Proven leadership experience in a senior pastry or head chef position
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- Candidates based in Qatar are strongly preferred
