Job Description
Local immunoassay application work experience is mandatory. Solve customers’ technical problems and complaints promptly. Conduct customer training and perform correlation studies and validations.
Responsibilities
- Solve technical problems and complaints promptly
- Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists in troubleshooting
- Run correlation studies and validations
- Conduct Customer training
- Visit clients regularly and feedback information to sales team
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or related subject
- Minimum 5 years experience worked in IVD Application area
- Local immunoassay application work experience is mandatory
