Cabin Crew Manager
Job Description
Leading and managing cabin crew operations within a dynamic airline environment. Requires understanding of airline regulations, service excellence, and crew management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day cabin crew operations
- Lead and mentor cabin crew members
- Design and implement training programs
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Collaborate with flight operations and ground services
- Handle complex scheduling issues
- Develop and manage budgets for cabin crew
- Address grievances and passenger complaints
- Act as representative of the airline
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in airline or cabin crew management
- Strong knowledge of aviation safety regulations (ICAO, FAA standards)
