Job Description

SSC Al Suwaidi is seeking a Bid & Estimation Manager in Dammam for the catering and support services industry. The role focuses on technical risk assessment, cost estimation, and competitive strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and review bid opportunities and develop winning strategies
  • Perform project cost estimations and lead annual budgeting
  • Write and compile comprehensive bid packages

  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to meet client needs

Qualifications

  • 7 to 9+ years of experience as a Bid Manager or Writer
  • Catering industry experience is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Economics
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian procurement laws
