Job Description
To lead and manage Daily, shutdown turnaround planning activities of PAP & BENE Plants, ensuring effective coordination, scheduling, and execution of maintenance shutdowns and turnarounds.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement daily, shutdown, and turnaround plans
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Manage resources and budgets
- Analyze turnaround performance and implement improvements
- Implement strategies for optimal asset reliability
- Monitor asset health using performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 15 years of experience in related field
