Job Description
Coordinates and assigns Catering Helpers for smooth workflow. Ensures the preparation of flights YC/Crew or FC, JC Bulk Food as per given instructions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and assigns Catering Helpers
- Ensures equipment is cleaned as per schedule
- Assists in withdrawal of items from Stores
- Updates and files records on a daily basis
- Preparation of flights Bulk Food as per Loading and Packing Plans
- Follow Hygiene quality standards and temperature control
- Ensures correct label is placed for each flight
- Organize and store flights in Cold Room after preparation
- Check expiry dates properly
