Job Description
Leverage deep HCM solution expertise to support the sales cycle. Provide customized solution demonstrations and lead conversations around cloud migration strategies for key customers in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Provide HCM solution-specific expertise in Core HR/Payroll/Time
- Lead customized solution demonstrations
- Deliver solution presentations to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with account teams on competitive differentiation
- Transition engagements to implementation partners
Qualifications
- 15+ years of enterprise experience in software sales or consulting
- Strong quota-carrying track record in complex engagements in UAE
- 10 years of relevant HCM solution experience
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors
